At New Forest Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a full refund.

  Securely Repackage

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of your parcel; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items reach our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 working days.
